ICS Submits the Request
We'll submit the partner change request via PartnerSource or provide you with a "Change of VAR" form to complete and return to us.
Microsoft Processes the Change
Upon processing, ICS will receive confirmation from Microsoft, allowing us to access your system details, registration keys, and account information.
Your Previous Partner Is Notified
Your previous partner will receive a brief email from Microsoft informing them of the change (without revealing the new partner's name).
